These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tech-computers.com and any enquiry, quotation, or purchase you make with TECH COMPUTERS, operated by Zeeshan Nazir Shaikh ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting the enquiry form on this website constitutes a request for a quotation only, not a binding order. Product listings, specifications, and prices shown on the website are indicative and subject to change or confirmation at the time we respond to your enquiry. A sale is only confirmed once we have issued a final quotation and both parties have agreed on price, quantity, and payment terms.

3. Pricing

Prices displayed on the website (where shown) are approximate and may vary based on current market rates, stock availability, and quantity. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing (via email or invoice) before any order is processed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Orders are processed only after payment terms agreed between TECH COMPUTERS and the customer have been fulfilled, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of product delivery.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered, with all accessories and documentation included.
Refunds are issued only where the product delivered is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from what was ordered.
Products that are physically damaged after delivery due to misuse, incorrect installation, or mishandling by the customer are not eligible for refund.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
Custom or bulk orders placed against a specific written quotation may be subject to a restocking fee or may be non-refundable, as specified in the applicable quotation.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been dispatched or processed for procurement.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — the Refund Policy above applies instead.
For custom-sourced or bulk hardware orders, cancellation after we have placed a corresponding order with our supplier may not be possible, or may incur a cancellation charge equal to any non-recoverable supplier cost.

7. Warranty

Hardware products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty where applicable. TECH COMPUTERS will assist in facilitating manufacturer warranty claims but is not itself the warranty provider unless explicitly stated in writing.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, stock availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

TECH COMPUTERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through us, beyond the value of the product itself, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or placement of new orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
